What You’ll Be Doing
• Running external refurbishment & maintenance works on high‑end residential properties.

• Managing projects from start to finish.

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to keep the programme on track.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients.

• Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met.

• Keeping site paperwork and reporting fully up to date.


What You’ll Bring
• Experience in Property Services or prime residential refurbishment.

• Background with a reputable contractor.

• Strong communication and client‑facing ability.

• Confident with paperwork, reporting and IT.

• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid.

• Ideally a trade background or experience as RLO / Site Supervisor.

• Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
